INNOVATING THE INVISIBLE

After observing thousands of homes being both constructed and delivered, there were almost just as many lessons to be learned which shaped what I now believe to be my fundamental truths about community building. A fundamental one, being that I don’t actually believe community is something that we build. Instead, I believe it is something that we do. I believe that community is created from the inside out. That there is an inherent reciprocity between healthy communities and healthy people, recognizing the significant impact that our environment has on our individual and collective human experience. Our environment being far beyond the roof over our heads, and into the micro moments of our daily doing and everyday encounters.
